Es un Cerebrocrustacean (Un juego de palabras entre Cerebro y Crustaceo) del planeta Encephalonus IV (Encephaluos es un referencia al latín para Cabeza). Es un crustaceo alienigena con una dura coraza, que puede abrir en la parte superior de su cabeza para usar sus habilidades. Fue utilizado por primera vez en el episodio "Presion en el Muelle". Fue la primera transformación accidental en Ben 10 Fuerza Alienigena, ya que iba a utilizar a Jetray contra Ship, el Galvanic Mechomorph (perteneciente a la misma especie que Upgrade, solo que parece haber sido programado como una mascota), pero cuando este último tomo posesión de un cohete mecanizado de la feria, hizo temblar al muelle, cambiando la forma de Jetray por la de Brainstorm. Ben esta forma habla de una forma mucho más eloquente, debido a su enorme aumento de su IQ. También es la primera forma que piensa en su nombre antes de gritarlo, posee un acento inglés.·Habilidades
